On February 19, 2023 Yangtze River Delta Financial Rule of Law Forum was held in Zhenjiang. The forum was co-sponsored by Jiangsu University, the Bund Financial Innovation Pilot Zone Legal Research Center, Shanghai Equity Investment Association, Shanghai International Trade in Services Industry Association, and organized by Zhenjiang Bar Association and Zhenjiang Bar College. Member of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, the National People's Congress Constitution and Law Committee Director Li Fei video address, Jiangsu University, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Li Hongbo, Zhenjiang Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee Deputy Director Bu Xiaofang, the 30th President of the Pacific Bar Association Li Zhiqiang, Vice President of the Provincial Bar Association, City Bar Association President Wang Xiaoqing attended and delivered a speech. Municipal Bureau of Justice Party Secretary, Secretary Ma Zhenbing attended the event.

More than 150 entrepreneurs, financiers and legal experts from the Yangtze River Delta region gathered together to focus on the legal perspective of financial services for the integration of the Yangtze River Delta and to discuss "multi-level capital market and legal services", "equity investment financing and dispute resolution" and "financial and legal services for the integration of the Yangtze River Delta". Three modules of "Financial and Rule of Law Cooperation in Yangtze River Delta Integration" were discussed and discussed.

The 2023 Yangtze River Delta Financial Rule of Law Forum has played the role of guiding, promoting and safeguarding the rule of law on financial development, which is of great significance to comprehensively promote the construction of Zhenjiang under the rule of law, accelerate the modernization of government governance system and governance capacity, and promote the sustained high quality of Zhenjiang's financial industry.
