Recently, the fifth symposium on "Judicial Theory and Litigation System in Multiple Perspectives" was successfully held in Zhenjiang. The conference was co-organized by the Research Society of Jurisprudence of the Chinese Law Society, the Research Society of Rule of Law Culture Construction of Jilin Law Society, the Research Center of Family Justice of Jilin University Law School, the Research Center of Judicial Administration of Dalian Maritime University, Jilin University Law School and Jiangsu University Law School.

Sun Lijun, Director of the Second Division of the Research Department of the Chinese Law Society, Li Congjun, Professor of the Law School of Jilin University and President of the Research Association for the Construction of Rule of Law Culture of the Jilin Law Society, Professor Zheng Zhihang, Deputy Secretary General of the Research Association for Jurisprudence of the Chinese Law Society and Vice Dean of the Law School of Shandong University, Professor Hou Xuebin, Director of the Research Center for Family Justice of the Law School of Jilin University, Professor Wang Yong, Director of the Research Center for Judicial Administration of Dalian Maritime University, Professor Li Bingshuo, Dean of the Law School of Jiangsu University Professor Li Bingshuo, Dean of Jiangsu University Law School, and more than 60 experts and scholars from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Renmin University of China, East China University of Political Science and Law, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Zhejiang University of Technology, National Judges College and other research institutes gathered at Jiangsu University to participate in this academic event.

At the opening ceremony, Sun Lijun, Director of the Second Division of the Research Department of the Chinese Law Society, and other leaders delivered speeches, emphasizing that the seminar should maintain the characteristics of diversified perspectives and inclusiveness, continue to innovate and develop, jointly build a brand academic activity of judicial research, and further enhance the application and transformation value of the seminar results.

After the opening ceremony, Li Congjun, Yang Zhiwen and other experts and scholars made keynote speeches on "The face of Chinese justice in the perspective of relevance thinking" and "Judgment of judicial cases and their legal thinking". In the sub-forum, experts focused on "Research on Judicial Decisions and Legal Methods", "Research on Social Science of Justice", "Research on the Modernization of Traditional Judicial Culture", "Research on the Use of New Technology and Judicial System Reform", and "Research on the Use of New Technology and Judicial System Reform". In-depth exchanges and discussions were held on the topics of "Research on the use of new technology and judicial system reform". Prof. Chen Jinghui from Renmin University of China, Prof. Wang Yong from Dalian Maritime University, Prof. Yang Fan and Prof. Hou Xuebin from Jilin University gave an academic summary of the conference, affirming the results of the conference from different perspectives, and also proposing the future development direction of judicial research.

This year is the opening year of the comprehensive implementation of the spirit of the 20th Party Congress, and it is also a year with special monumental significance in the history of legal education and legal theory research. The conference, which brought together many experts, diversified perspectives, and in-depth exchanges and discussions, is of great theoretical and practical value, and will certainly give a strong impetus to the prosperous development of research on judicial theory and litigation system, and contribute to the promotion of the construction of China under the rule of law.
