In order to further strengthen the construction of the postgraduate supervisor team, implement the responsibilities of the supervisors in moral education and cultivating talents, and comprehensively improve the level of postgraduate education, the Faculty of Law held the 2023 Postgraduate Supervisor On-the-Job Training and Experience Exchange Meeting on the afternoon of November 29th. The meeting was chaired by Professor Niu Yubing, the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law, and all master's degree supervisors of the college attended the meeting.

During the meeting, Professor Niu Yubing gave a detailed interpretation of the current development status of postgraduate education in the college, analyzed the main problems in the process of postgraduate education, and proposed specific solutions.

Representatives of postgraduate supervisors, Professor Xiao Jianfei, Associate Professor Wei Xiaoqiang, and Professor Zhang Jian, delivered speeches and exchanged their experiences. Professor Xiao Jianfei shared his experience and views on how to continuously and effectively promote graduate reading groups. Associate Professor Wei Xiaoqiang shared the specific practices of "Legal Workshops" to improve the reading and writing abilities of postgraduates. Professor Zhang Jian shared some experiences in postgraduate education from the aspects of daily management, thesis guidance, team spirit, and strengthening companionship.

Finally, on behalf of the college, Dean Li Bingshuo expressed gratitude to the supervisors for their hard work and emphasized the importance of enhancing graduate management, improving professional guidance capabilities, and promoting communication between supervisors and postgraduates.
