On the morning of May 28th, Wei Xiaoqiang, You Wenjing and Lei Wanlu, party members and teachers of Jiangsu University law school, led young students to the center of Jurong city E-commerce public service station, visited local E-commerce service stations and farmers’ working operations, and had in-depth communication with some leaders and local farmers. During the exchange process, local farmers expressed that in the development process of agricultural E-commerce, many legal problems could not be solved in time, which restricted the economic development. Teachers and students work on the spot to help them discover and sort out the legal problems in the development of rural E-commerce, and analyze the issues they care about, such as agricultural employment, anti-unfair competition and trademark protection. Teachers and students explained to farmers the main problems of labor relations, industrial responsibilities and preventive measures, conducted a legal analysis of commercial slanders, and jointly discusses the solidification skills of electronic evidence in daily transactions. In addition,t hey put forward suggestions on intellectual property protection for farmers who have fifteen years of planting experience and won numerous awards but have not protected registered trademarks. Farmers said that they had no awareness of rights protection or didn't know how to deal with it before, and they were very grateful to the teachers and students of law school. Teachers and students said that they would continue to help farmers, support agriculture by law, and carry forward the tradition of "agriculture" in Jiangsu University.
