In order to improve organizational communication ability and strengthen the cohesion construction of the League branch, on the afternoon of March 11th, the Law School successfully held the training session “Easier Communication, More Powerful Team”. The training session was delivered by Zhu Lingping, party secretary of the Law school.

First of all, Zhu Lingping designed a series of interesting games based on the question “What is the best communication state?”, which made the teachers and students understand that a good communication requires a relaxed state, timely and effective feedback, patient listening and sincere feelings.

Then, Zhu Lingping took an example of "empty cup" and combined it with work and life, explaining that an effective communication needs to go through five steps: “empty cup”, “neutral”, “curiosity”, “integration” and “reaching consensus”.

Finally, Zhu Lingping encouraged everyone to dig deep into their own potential, and actively transfer the personal motivation to others so that the team can be more united and combative. The training ended with the song "Believe in Yourself".
