On March 18, 2022, the first reading party of "Loving Reading" in the spring of 2022 was held through Tencent Conference with the theme of “Chinese Rural Living from north to South”. The reading conference was delivered by the professor Xiao, entitled "From Herdsman's Notes" to "Out-of-order Nature" -A thematic reading on the changes of ecology, society and livelihood in Mongolian grassland. In addition to Shi Yajie from Liaoning Institute of Political And Legal Management, Luo Yu, Lei Wanlu, Peng Yayuan, Shen Tu Xiaoli, Zheng Shujun and other six teachers from Jiangsu University Law School, a total of 23 members participated in the reading and gave comments..

Starting from Zhang Chengzhi's Herdsman's Notes, Prof. Xiao shared the overall changes of Mongolian grassland in the past 40 years in the aspect of grassland ecology, society and livelihood. Participants also shared and discussed the four progressive levels of reading.

This reading conference aims to trace the motivation behind the phenomenon through the analysis of social phenomena, including the role of institutional factors, which is not only the expectation of the convenor to the members of the students, but also the direction of the members to improve their thinking ability.
